Registration / Booking:

  • Any registration and/or bookings have to be made at Hahnemann Travel & Tours office / Official Whatsapp +65 9775 2605 to avoid scam and fraud.
  • Any registration and / or bookings made with Hahnemann Travel & Tours, the Customer agrees and shall abide to the terms and conditions stipulated by Hahnemann Travel & Tours Pte Ltd (Herewith referred to as The Company).
  • For Tours, an upfront deposit of 50% of the package price is required to make reservations.
  • For Umrah, an upfront minimum deposit of $500 SGD per person is required to make reservations.
  • The Customer is responsible for ensuring that any payment made to the Company is received by the Company on or before the payment deadline communicated prior to the departure date. If payment is made by cheque, the payment will be considered received by the Company only when the funds have been successfully credited to the Company’s account.
  • Full payment is required no later than 2 months prior to departure. In case of tours or Haj on charter flights or other carriers, full payment must be made 3 months or earlier as informed before departure.
  • In the event that payment is not received by the Company by the specified deadline, the Customer’s reservation shall be deemed cancelled by the Customer and the Company reserves the right to forfeit the deposit and cancel the reservation. In such an event, the cancellation fee as stated below, is payable by the Customer.

Amendments / Cancellations:

  • If the Customer decides to cancel their reservation, they must do so in officially writing via email or physical letter mailed to our registered address and receiving and acknowledgement reply by email from the Company, at any time prior to the departure date.
  • Any changes including but not limited to date, name, tours, activities, services, requests, package and similar that is / are made, less 90 working days from the departure date, is considered a cancellation and a cancellation fee will apply.
  • However, cancellation fee will apply and it is computed based on the length of notice period prior to the Please note that the cancellation fee is a percentage of the deposit or the total tour fare, as the case may be; subject to relevant engaged companies’ refund policy.
  • > 65 working days  Cancellation fee (0% of Full Tour Fare), Refund (Balance, Less Admin fee)
  • 45–64 working days  Cancellation fee (25% of Full Tour Fare), Refund (Balance, Less Admin Fee)
  • 38–44 working days  Cancellation fee (50% of Full Tour Fare), Refund (Balance, Less Admin Fee)
  • 34–37 working days  Cancellation fee (75% of Full Tour Fare), Refund (Balance, Less Admin Fee)
  • < 36 days and below  Cancellation fee (100% of Full Tour Fare), Refund (NIL)

Admin Fee:

  • Any amendments and cancellations after registration is subject to a $100 SGD surcharge per person
  • Any cancellations after registration are subject to a $500 SGD surcharge per person (confirmed departures)
  • The above cancellation fees apply if the transportation including but not limited to flight, ferry, bus, train, tours and similar tickets are not booked. If they have been booked or issued, the value of the said tickets will be added onto the cancellation fees. If the payment(s) by the Customer is insufficient to cover the cancellation fee, the Customer must top up and pay for the difference. Any waiver or reduction of cancellation charges on goodwill, (such as death, serious illnesses, etc) is at the discretion of Company and subject to the conditions imposed by the related suppliers (such as hotels, airlines, etc). Supporting documents for the reason of cancellation is required. Any refunds to be made will only be processed minimum 2 months upon request for cancellation.

Company’s Discretion Cancellation

  • Even after deposit or full payment has been made, all arrangements are still subject to final confirmation as the Company is acting as an agent for services If due to some unforeseeable circumstances the services purchased cannot be finalized and the reservation has to be cancelled, the Company will endeavour to notify the Customer at least 1 week before departure.
  • A reservation for a Package Tour shall be considered confirmed only when the Customer has paid the applicable minimum deposit and, within three (3) days of making such payment, submits to the Company the accurate and complete details, including copies of passports, identification cards, visa photographs, and the registration form for all individuals in the Customer’s travel group.
  • If the Customer fails to submit the required documents as mentioned within three (3) days of payment of the deposit, the Company reserves the right to deem the reservation as withdrawn. In such event, the reservation will be considered cancelled, and any deposit paid will be forfeited and non-refundable.
  • The Customer is fully responsible for informing the Company of any special requests they or any member of their travel group may have, including but not limited to special dietary requirements, seating preferences on flights, requests for adjoining rooms, smoking room preferences, or accommodations for travelers with special needs, at the time of making the reservation. The Customer acknowledges that such requests are subject to the cooperation of third-party service providers. While the Company will make reasonable efforts to facilitate these requests, it cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled. The Company shall not be held liable if any such request cannot be accommodated for any reason.
  • At times due to low subscription for a group tour (minimum group), the Company reserves the right to cancel the tour up to 14 days prior to departure date. In such cases, The Company may at its discretion offer alternative tours either to the same destination or for other tours or destinations.
  • If the alternative tour is selected, any difference in cost will be settled by the Customer through a top-up payment or refunded by the Company for any balance. If the Customer does not wish to accept the alternative tour, a full refund of the tour fare will be provided. The Company shall not be liable for any additional costs or compensation beyond the refund of the tour fare.
  • For groups where the minimum number of participants is not met, there will be no tour leader provided from Singapore. If the Customer chooses to proceed with the original tour despite the low subscription and agrees to pay the required top-up amount, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that the tour will operate without a tour leader accompanying the travelers from Singapore. The Company shall not be liable for any inconveniences arising from the absence of a tour leader.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any additional costs or compensation beyond the refund of the tour fare. Furthermore, the Customer agrees that any unhappiness or dissatisfaction arising from the tour as a result of the absence of a tour leader will be solely at their own discretion and not the responsibility of the Company. The Company will not be held liable for any such dissatisfaction, as the Company has taken reasonable steps to inform the Customer in advance and has made efforts to allow the tour to proceed in order to fulfill the Customer’s travel plans and preferences, rather than cancelling the tour outright.
  • The Company may offer an alternative Package Tour which is, in our sole and absolute discretion, comparable in value; and if you accept such offer, any difference in value between the Original Package Tour and the alternative Package Tour shall be topped up by you or refunded by us
  • In the case of a free and easy tour, accommodation and all services are strictly upon request and subject to confirmation. The Company may recommend alternatives if Please note that surcharges may apply on a case-by-case basis and the Customer will be advised accordingly. Should the Customer decide not to accept the alternatives, all refund will be made accordingly by the Company and without further obligations.
  • The Company makes reasonable effort to avoid changes in the itinerary/flight/hotel/land arrangements/misc. However, the Company reserves the right to make minor changes at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, especially during peak periods or in the event of a force majeure.
  • The Package Tour bought cannot be fulfilled due to any reason(s) beyond our control, including but not limited to a mechanical breakdown, an act of God, earthquake, fire, tsunami or other natural disasters, weather conditions, war, civil unrest or terrorist attacks, government or legislative actions, strikes and labour unrest, diseases or pandemics, compulsory quarantines, travel restrictions imposed by the Singapore government or the governments of countries you are visiting under the Package Tour, or any event which would render the provision of the Package Tour by us to you impossible or drastically different from as contemplated by us at the point of issuance of the Itinerary to you;
  • The Company will not issue any refund, discount, or replacement with respect to any arrangements for accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours or other services which are included in the Package Tour but not utilised by you of your own volition or where you amend, cancel or otherwise vary such arrangement, whether before or after the commencement of the Package Tour.
  • The Company shall also not be held liable for any contingent costs incurred by the Customer arising from the The Customer shall receive the refund generally by way of cheque within 70 working days or upon receiving the funds from the suppliers or 3rd parties (Airline, Hotel, Transport, Tour, Attractions companies, etc.) upon the Company notifying the Customer of the tour cancellation. Save as stated herein, the Company shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages or costs sustained by the Customer.

Necessary Documents:

  • Subject to this clause, each traveler is solely responsible for ensuring that his or her passport or other travel document is valid for at least 6 months from the expected date of departure from the last point of departure in the itinerary and that he or she has all necessary visas, permits, passes, licenses, vaccinations, health certificates and/or other documents or approvals as may be required by the applicable governmental authorities of the destination country (ies) in the Package Tour.
  • All necessary documents required for processing is the sole responsibility of the They are to ensure the clarity and the verification of the documents submitted.
  • It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to ensure themselves that their passports have at least 3 empty pages (some countries require 6 empty pages) before their intended departure.
  • If a reservation has to be cancelled because the traveler is unable to obtain a visa or other travel document required, the relevant cancellation fee under clause 2 above will We shall not be responsible, under any circumstances, for any loss, damage or expense, or to reimburse or refund any part of the Package Tour fare, should any traveler be deported or refused entry by the immigration authorities of any country, for any reason, including irregular travel documents, quarantine restrictions, customs regulations, import/export restrictions, executive or administrative orders, possession of unlawful items or other criminal activities.
  • Each traveller is also solely responsible for ensuring that his or her name as provided to the Company and reflected in the Pax Statement tallies with the name in his or her passport or travel document. If any amendment to such name is required, all applicable fees and charges shall be borne by the

VISA Regulations

  • We may, from time to time, assist a traveler to submit a visa application for a fee, but do not guarantee the outcome or approval of any such Different embassies or consulates require varying lengths of time to process visa applications and, accordingly, any traveler seeking our assistance to apply for a visa must check with us as soon as possible on the applicable visa requirements.
  • It is the onus of the Customers to check and take note of permit / visa requirement(s) and enquire with different embassies / consulates regarding the varying lengths of time to process visa For Singapore and non-Singapore passport holders, Customers may check with The Company and the Company may assist to inform thee necessary Visa requirements.
  • The Company renders assistance in visa application wherever possible. The Company cannot, however, guarantee the approval of such visa application.
  • This service is subject to (auxiliary) charges. Please check with the Company on the amount. If, for any reason, application for visa or exit permit is rejected, no refund of monies paid (excluding visa application fees paid to the respective embassies) will be made if the result of the rejection is made known to the Company at least 45 days prior to If less than 45 days’ notice is given, the relevant cancellation fee as stated under the section cancellation section and/or in the addenda to the Terms and Conditions of The Company shall apply.
  • The Company will not be responsible for any expense, reimbursement or refund of the tour fare if the Customer is deported or refused entry by immigration authorities on the tour for whatever reasons, including improper travel documents, quarantine, custom regulations, possession of unlawful items or irregularities that may cause harm / damage to person or property.

Travel Insurance

  • Purchase of travel insurance is strongly recommended by STB (Singapore Tourism Board) with respect to unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, personal baggage loss, personal accident, injury or illness. Under no circumstances shall the Company be construed as a carrier under contract for safe carriage of the Customer or his / her baggage / The Company will be pleased to assist and advice in the enquiries of any travel insurance and related matters.
  • Get a comprehensive travel insurance policy to protect against unforeseen circumstances, such as baggage loss, flight delays, travel agent insolvency and medical emergencies.
  • NOTE: As a licensing condition of the Singapore Tourism Board, we Hahnemann Travel & Tours Pte Ltd are required to inform you, the Client, to consider purchasing travel insurance.

Travel Vouchers

  • The Company issues travel vouchers from time to time to provide a safeguard option against theft when The terms and conditions for the redemption of travel vouchers are clearly spelt out in the appropriate documents and shall be binding on the Customer.

Rights & Disclaimers

  • Where the Company has not been negligent nor in breach of any duty, it assumes no responsibility for injury, damage, accident, loss, delay or irregularities that may be caused to person or property where such occur as a result of circumstances beyond its control.
  • Customers agree not to take any legal actions under any circumstances for any claims including but not limited to damages, losses, injuries, accidents, matters or whatsoever reasons that may arise with The Company or any of its personel(s).
  • For any travel purchases made with the Company, the Customer shall be bound by the rules, regulations, and conditions of carriage of the relevant airlines, transport providers, ferry operators, or other carriers. The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with these rules, regulations, and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the Customer being denied boarding or being required to pay additional charges to the airline, transport provider, or other carrier in order to board the relevant flight, transport, ferry, or other services. The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, inconvenience, or additional expenses incurred by the Customer as a result of such non-compliance.
  • Any person under the age of 18 in the Customer’s travel group must be accompanied by an adult. If a minor is traveling with an adult who is not their parent or legal guardian, it is the onus of the parent or legal guardian of the minor to submit to the Company a waiver letter indemnifying the Company from any claims and responsibility. Additionally, Customer travelling with the minor are fully responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant airline, transport providers, ferry operators or other carriers and regulatory requirements pertaining to minors traveling.
  • It is the Customer’s responsibility to inform the Company if any child in the travel group will be 12 years old on the date of return. Any person under the age of 12 (as of the return date to Singapore at the conclusion of the Package Tour) may, subject to the terms and conditions of applicable third-party service providers, be eligible for child fare rates. While the Company will make reasonable efforts to secure such rates, the Company cannot guarantee that these rates will be obtained, even if they are indicated as available and/or applicable by the third-party service providers. The Customer acknowledges and accepts that it remains their responsibility to ensure eligibility for and obtain the applicable fare rates.
  • If the Customer or any of its members in their travel group is unwell, sick, pregnant, or otherwise deemed unfit to travel, it is the sole responsibility of the Customer to obtain a doctor’s memorandum confirming that the Customer(s) is/are fit for travel, and to submit such documentation to the Company. Notwithstanding the provision of a doctor’s certificate, if any third-party service providers, including but not limited to airlines, ferry operators, cruise companies, or other carriers, refuse to permit the Customer(s) to participate in certain activities (such as boarding a flight, cruise, or other means of transport), the Company shall not be liable for any refunds, compensation, or loss incurred by the Customer.
  • Notwithstanding any provision in these Terms and Conditions, the Company retains the sole and absolute discretion to refuse travel to any individual if, in the Company’s opinion, the Customer:
  • i. Is physically or mentally unfit to travel;
  • ii. Requires care beyond what can reasonably be provided in connection with the Package Tour; and/or
  • iii. Is likely to endanger the health, safety, comfort, or enjoyment of other travelers.
  • The Company may exercise this discretion at any time prior to the travel group boarding the first flight out of Singapore as part of the applicable Package Tour. In such cases, the Customer acknowledges that no refund will be payable by the Company. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company’s decision to refuse travel under such circumstances is final and not subject to refund or compensation.
  • The Company is an agent of airlines, transport companies etc., and is not liable for changes made by suppliers but will render assistance wherever possible. The Company reserves the right to issue the relevant transportation tickets including but not limited to flight, ferry, bus. train, and similar tickets without prior notice. All tickets, coupons and orders are furnished and issued, subject in every respect to those terms and conditions under which the means of transportation or other services provided thereby are offered or supplied by owners, operators, managing agents or agents of public carriers. The Company will not be responsible or liable (for damages, refunds or otherwise) including but not limited to:
  1. Mechanical breakdown, government actions, acts of God, strikes, compulsory quarantine, earthquake, fire, tsunami or other natural disasters, weather conditions, war, civil unrest or terrorist attacks, government or legislative actions, strikes and labour unrest, diseases or pandemics, travel restrictions imposed by the Singapore government or the governments of countries you are visiting or any other circumstances beyond its control, or any event which would render the provision of the Package Tour by us to you impossible or drastically different from as contemplated by us at the point of issuance of the Itinerary to you;
  2. Failure of the Customer to check / obtain required documentation (e.g. health certificates, visas, passports etc.)
  • Failure of the Customer to follow reasonable instructions including but not limited to check-in and check-out places and times The Company reserves the right to withdraw any itinerary or any booking made, or decline or refuse the Customer as a member of the tour, if it appears to the Company that the Customer is likely to endanger the health or safety, or impair the comfort and enjoyment of others on the tour. In any of the foregoing events, the Company’s sole liability shall be limited to refund on tour fare paid. The Company reserves the right to take photographs, films, videos, recording and other similar media when the Customer has purchased a package with the Company. These materials may be used for purposes including, but not limited to, brochures, advertising, and publicity materials. By purchasing The Company’s service(s), the Customer grants the Company permission to use such media for these purposes. The Customer may request not to be included in photographs or films by notifying the Company in advance. The Company agrees to respect such requests and to use all media content responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Depending on the tour package, the bed(s) in your accommodation may be single, twin, double-share, or triple-share (three separate beds), and may be priced at our sole discretion. Certain accommodations, such as those at farms, cave hotels, ski resorts, apartments or similar, may require shared bathroom facilities. For triple and quad-share rooms, the third and fourth bed may be a rollaway bed.
  • The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure that hotels provide the requested rooming arrangements. However, the final allocation of rooms is at the sole discretion of the hotel, subject to availability. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Company has no control over the hotel’s room assignments and that such matters are beyond the Company’s responsibility.
  • In most countries (excluding Saudi Arabia), the maximum occupancy per room is 3 guests. We recommend opting for a Double or Twin room unless you are traveling with children.
  • It is the Company’s standard practice to request that rooms for families be assigned side by side, connecting, or on the same floor/tower. However, all room assignments are ultimately subject to the discretion of the hotel and availability, and the Company makes no guarantee regarding specific room arrangements.
  • Customers who opt to share a room (open to share) acknowledges and accepts that differences in sleeping habits, noise (including but not limited to snoring), and other factors may arise. The Customer agrees to be considerate of their roommate’s comfort and well-being, and to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment throughout the stay. The Company shall not be held liable for any disturbances caused by a roommate, including but not limited to snoring or other factors beyond the Company’s control, and no compensation shall be provided in such instances.
  • For Customer(s) willing to share accommodation (open to share), the Agency will make reasonable efforts to find a suitable roommate. However, in the event that no other traveler is available to share the room, the Customer(s) will be assigned a single-occupancy room (single supplement), and the applicable single-occupancy rate will be charged.
  • The Company strives to respond to all inquiries as promptly as possible. However, due to a high volume of requests, please allow 3-5 working days for a response. Rest assured, we will reply to your inquiry as soon as possible, God willing, during office hours.
  • For customers requiring an expedited response within 24 hours, a 24-hour paid service option is available. Whatsapp or call for more information.

Pricing Policy

  • The tour fare excludes airport taxes, airport security taxes, airline insurance surcharges, fuel taxes, visa fees, travel insurance, customs user fees and service fees as specified by the airline and airport authorities; laundry, excess baggage charges, beverages, room services, gratuities to drivers and tour leaders / local guides and tips to hotel porters; and personal expenses.   • Children below 12 years old as on the date of departure from Singapore & back to Singapore are eligible for child Child fare is based on a twin-share or double room with 2 adults without an extra bed. If an extra bed for the child is required, please arrange with the Company who will advise on the surcharges / supplements, if any.
  • Payment may be made in cash, paynow or Cheque. Cheque will only be accepted if presented to the Company at least 14 working days before departure. All payments have to be made out in Singapore Dollars unless otherwise specified.
  • Receipts issued dictates the price agreed by the customer inclusive of relevant charges required for travel. All taxes, flight, insurances, fuel surcharges, fare and related are subject to change without prior Any difference in taxes will be borne by the customer even after full payment has been made. Any non-compliance of the Customer deemed or expressed by the Company may result in an automatic cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of Customer’s payment

Miscellaneous

  • Hahnemann Travel & Tours Pte Ltd reserves the right to change, amend, insert or delete any of the Terms and Conditions, or policies contained in this document, as the case may be, without prior notice. Any feedback with regard to the tour must be submitted in writing within 7 days of return from the tour, failing which the Company shall accept no responsibility.

Acknowledgement

  • I hereby declare that I have read and understood the terms and conditions that is being laid out and I agree to abide by them upon registering / deposit / payment to The Company – Hahnemann Travels Tours Pte Ltd
