Alhamdulillah, I’m truly grateful that Allah SWT has destined our journey to be in the care of Hahnemann Travel. From the very beginning, they have shown themselves to be a responsible and trustworthy agency that genuinely prioritises the well being of their jemaah. Despite unexpected challenges like flight cancellations and multiple schedule changes, the team acted swiftly and decisively. By the will of Allah, they managed to secure for us the only available flight that allowed us to arrive on our intended date, something we deeply appreciate. Behind the scenes, it’s clear that the Hahnemann team put in countless hours, even sacrificing their rest, to ensure everything went smoothly. Their dedication reflects how much they honour the sacred intention of us performing our Umrah. Alhamdulillah for their sincerity, effort, and amanah. May Allah SWT reward the entire team abundantly for their hard work and care.

My wife and I were on 15D Aqsa + Petra + Umrah Trip (1st July 2026 to 15th July 2026) with Hahnemann Travel and Tours. Hahneman Travel and Tours is not the best.. BUT Simply AWESOME. Here's why... We were in a group of 18 with different background. Incredibly we became one big family from day 1. Helping and looking after each other. Thanks to the charismatic Tour Leader Haji Rizal's Magic wand. The trip was magnificent, educational and memorable. Hahnemann Travel and Tours has put the well prepared itinerary, Planning, Logistics, Tour guides, Ustaz and Ustazah for this trip. We had a good geography and History lessons on Petra and other places in Amman by Mr Basra, Tour guide in Amman. Tour guide, Mr Medi, deeply knowledgeable in Aqsa and current situations has made trip to Aqsa educationally enjoyable. An eye opener. Bet not many know about Aqsa. To many it is only the Standalone Mosque. Ustaz Muhri our Mutawif in Mecca has made our Umrah the priceless moments in Medina and Mecca. We appreciated very much for sharing your knowledge with us at the places visited. Similarly to Ustazah Hanadi guiding the Muslimah. Thanks to the Team Hahnemann Travel and Tours for making this Trip memorable and amazing.

Alhamdulillah 'alaa kulli haal. For most of us, it was our first time embarking on our umrah, and we could not have picked a better travel agency than Hahnemann Travel & Tours Pte Ltd! Right off the bat, at the Departure Hall of the airport, administrative and logistic matters were handled smoothly by all the Hahnemann staff present. Check-in was seamless, instructions were clear and easy to follow, and we were given ample time to say our goodbyes to loved ones. Throughout the journey towards Madinah, we encountered a slight hiccup (through no fault of Hahnemann) whereby the transfer flight was delayed resulting in all our check-in luggage being stuck in Doha for almost a day. However, our Tour Leader AFIQ and Mutawwif was very cool-headed and facilitated the delivery of our luggage with no further hiccups, and easing all our worries effortlessly. In Madinah and Mekkah, our TL AFIQ and Mutawwif was with us, every step of the way. Our Mutawwif, Ustaz Ansar was very knowledgeable and accompanied every step, every transport ride, with relevant du'as and wirid, as well as engaging us with knowledge of historical tidbits that were both accurate and heartfelt. It was a shame that the whole trip of almost 2 weeks flew by so fast! Everyone of us bonded almost instantly and it was emotionally painful to part ways upon arrival at Changi Airport. All in all, for anyone looking for an agency for your travel and umrah needs, Hahnemann is the one to look for! I assure you, you will not regret it!

We engaged Hahnemann Travels for our first Umrah trip. It was a 12 day trip guided by the tour leader, Haji Rizal and mutawif Ustaz Ansor. All I can say is you will be well taken care of under the wings of Haji Rizal and Ustaz Ansor. Very swift check in process to Madinah via Doha by Haji Rizal and the Hahnemann team in Changi Airport was impressive even though we have almost 30 jemaah in this group. Haji Rizal was proactive and very helpful for the logistics/admin duties with the jemaah throughout the whole trip. A very bubbly and cheerful person which makes the trip fun and feel at ease, though some jemaahs had some hiccups along the way. Ustaz Ansor was a great guidance with the Doas to be followed during our trip as his recitations is very clear, which puts less pressure especially for first timers like me and my husband. His story telling on the history of our Prophets during to any of the visits in Madinah and Makkah interests us as his voice is very clear and easy to understand. Not forgetting the amazing photo taking sessions at Jabbal Khandamah taken by Ustaz Ansor with great effort. I would definitely recommend Hahnemann!
