The city of Petra (Red Rose City), the capital of the Nabataeans. Iconic 2000-year-old city, including 45m-high Al Khazneh (The Treasury), carved into the red mountain rock. 120 km north of the Red Sea town of Aqaba, one of the seven wonders of the world! Surah Al Hijr, Chapter 15 verse 80 - 83 "The people of the Rock also rejected the messengers. We gave them Our revelations, but they turned away from them. They used to carve homes in the mountains, feeling secure. But the ˹mighty˺ blast overtook them in the morning."
